Hello Mini Friends! This is a really simple little project made to look like an old sewing machine drawer filled with sewing goodies! Made with a popsicle stick, old fabrics, and whatever you would like to fill them with. I made a few tiny pin cushion tomatoes from clay, some spools of thread from a cut up Q-tip, buttons from tiny sequins, and a faux pair of scissors from bra hooks. They were so fun to make!

Miniature Witchy Potion Jars
Hello Friends! Lately I have enjoyed repurposing glass jars into potion jars for Valentine's Day and Easter. And, of course, Halloween. I spied some of my tiny dollhouse glass jars and thought I'd give it a go at making them just like my life-sized ones.
You simply glue crinkled tissue paper onto the jars and let them dry. Then, finish them up by painting them and highlighting the wrinkles with paint. I preferred making the labels for these with newspaper as I like the way it looks when torn.
I finished them up by gluing on green tinted sawdust for moss. I think they turned out very well and have inspired me to make a room for them to sit on a shelf.

Marie Laveau Funkin - Miniature Diorama
Today I am sharing a Funkin that I made a few years ago. It is a tribute to Marie Laveau, the Voodoo Queen of New Orleans. I did a lot of research and reading while making all of the details inside including symbols, items, rituals, snakes and wall art. It is pretty special to me as I put a lot of time and thought into it. I love to make so much detail that one sees something new every time they look into it.
P.S. There are lots of pictures :)
